From 19 to 23 May, the V International Congress of Regional Operators, organized by the «Clean Country» Association, was held in Samara. In addition to regoperators, representatives of relevant departments and authorities, manufacturers of municipal equipment and waste recyclers were also present.
Konstantin Rzayev, Managing Partner of EcoPartners Group, also took part in the discussion of the current state of the industry. Within the framework of the Congress, the interim results of the reform on waste management, mechanisms for improving the EPR institute, tools for attracting investments into the MSW management industry were discussed.
